Thank you Chris Musselle for a relaxing and seamless vehicle buying experience, you showed class and humor! You took what was an uncomfortable, awkward and pushy experience at another dealership and turned the "ick factor" completely around for me.
Ali Beal (finance manager) was also helpful and patient with my busy schedule and attention to detail, coordinating an out of town deal right down to insurance and Chris delivering my new SUV to me.
The Kia product doesn't need the "oversell," just trust and transparency and you both recognize this, as does your dealership. I would recommend Kia Courtney hands down! 😁

We have had a wonderful experience with Courtenay Kia, from servicing for our 2013 Kia Soul to the purchase of our 2023 Sportage. Our salesman, Taylor went above and beyond to assist us with our purchase. At the time all dealerships were having problems getting various models to the showroom due to worldwide problems beyond their control. Taylor took us for a test drive in his personal vehicle which was the colour and model that we were interested in.He was very courteous, kind and patient and spent time explaining all the electronic features in this vehicle.
We are very happy with Courtenay Kia, staff and servicing. This is our 3rd Kia and look forward to many happy driving miles with our Sportage and thank you to Taylor and all the staff at Courtenay Kia! You are all appreciated !

We flew from Alberta to pick up our brand new Kia Forte GT Limited age it could not have been an easier process. Glenice took care of us from the start to the end. She picked up my wife at the airport and had all the paperwork done with Ali to limit the time in the shop. The process was quick and very efficient. This was likely our easiest purchase in 30 years, apart from the transit.
Transit wise, we normally drive a Lexus RX350 and a BMW X5 and could not believe the safety feature of this new Kia. It runs circles around my X5 when it comes to safety. The car was a treat to drive. The Highway Drive Assist was amazing for the long drive.
Thank you to Courtenay Kia, especially Glenice and Ali, for helping with our first Kia purchase. My daughter was over the moon when we gave her the car. If i could give you a higher score than 5, i would.
