Can’t say enough good things about these guys. I live on Hornby so a lot of stuff ends up being DIY, but Shane is always helpful over the phone and they have the parts you need and the prices are good. They have saved me a ton of money and always been friendly and helpful.

I went in with a faint hope that I would find the element to my old ass Frigidaire that had graciously given up the ghost, after years of punishment in the form pizzas and a lot of bread, and was greeted by a knowledgeable and affable person named Trina. Not only was she able to identify the part I needed that happened to be in stock, she also gave me helpful tips to guide my clueless, soft handed self to replace it with ease. I can't recommend this business enough, and their top drawer customer service. See you in a couple of years when I destroy the element again, and I will destroy it as my hunger for carbohydrates will certainly linger.

2 of the elements in our stove stopped working and a warranty guy came out to tell us that there was nothing they could do. I hated the idea of tossing an otherwise perfectly good induction stove into a landfill so, I talked to Shane. It took about 20 minutes and $500 to fix the issue. I love these guys.

Drew from Mission Possible just fixed my washing machine quickly and efficiently. He was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. Noticing that my washer and dryer had been originally installed backwards, he offered to switch them to the correct placement. Really superior service and I'll be sharing this experience with all my friends. Outstanding!
