My wife was VERY happy. Our dryer was really noisy so we stopped using it. She called them to come out and have a look. We then phoned back to ask if they could have a look at our ice maker in the fridge while there. They came by and fixed both the dryer and the icemaker in one call. We thought about buying a new washer/dryer as we thought a repair was going to be expensive and maybe not worth it. This service was well worth it. very reasonable price and friendly knowledgeable service.

Called to order a part for my range. I was asked what problem I was having with it and was advised to check other things as the part I requested does not usually fix what I had wrong. As a competent handyman we went back and forth a little bit and they sourced the part I needed(also for a better price than I found online).
The part also came in one day, was correct and fixed my range right up!

After several interactions with this service I feel it is necessary to advise potential clients that you are responsible for diagnosis of the problem, service rep informed me that the reception staff are not able to ask relevant questions, project part availability or determine the age of equipment from model numbers or serial numbers. In fact locating this data required less than 60 seconds and the rep intimated that this was beyond the ability of booking agents. The rep was 16 minutes beyond the window provided for service and was able to declare the unit beyond repair ( including checking for parts) in under 14 minutes. The bill which represented 60 minutes return travel and 14 minutes diagnostic time was $147.00 ( tax included). Just under $1.99 per minute. Given that this is the third of four service calls where the parts were unavailable or required special order( with a subsequent additional charge). The reps attitude to inquiries was combative and concluded that all the issues were " on you" ( meaning me) because I lacked sufficient repair knowledge to pre-determine the remedy. I strongly suggest that this service should be avoided in favour of ordering a new appliance which will have a warranty. Most suppliers offer an installation option which carries a guarantee of performance. The cost of diagnosis and the potential additional costs of installing parts ordered outweigh any benefits.

I have been using Mission Possible for years and have always been satisfied with the fast and friendly service of both the front staff and the technicians. Our last service with Shane and his son was amazing! Shout out to Derek as well for for his service last year!

Absolutely great customer service and helpful staff. I appreciate the extra information and jovial personality of the front desk clerk. Thy had the part I needed and at a good price. 5 stars and I wish more service stores mimicked how you deal with customers.
