OUTSTANDING!!! I can’t recommend Parker’s highly enough. We bought several appliances as part of a major kitchen reno and from start to finish they provided us with excellent service. Great advice in the showroom, amazing communication about the status of our order, and careful delivery. Everyone we dealt with was great. They went the extra mile for us when something didn’t go to plan (not their fault) and proactively took the best care of us to make sure we weren’t left high and dry without an important appliance. This made something that could have been super stressful into an easy and stress-free situation. You don’t get this level of service from the big box stores. We are so happy with Parker’s and highly recommend them.

Great local appliance store and amazing customer service many times over. Every appliance in my home has been purchased at Parker’s for good reason. Just purchased an LG laundry set and I am beyond happy with them!

Our fridge broke down during the evening and we were in a bind to get another to replace it. Salesperson (I am so sorry, I can't recall the name!) was fantastic and helped us out tremendously by selling us a floor model that would work for our price point and dimensions.
Delivery was able to be scheduled for the next day and the delivery people were great and efficient; arrived when they said they would and carted away our old broken fridge. Definitely will be heading to Parker's again when we need our next appliance!
