But still really cool store, They have friendly staff and friendly cashier. Don’t really actually live in Vancouver Island but They still have new interior inside.

Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Clearly not maintained. No toilet paper in any stall, no hand soap in the dispenser, a mess on the floor and around the sink. I remember when places would do bathroom checks hourly. Not to mention the rude older woman working. I asked for a bag after the transaction and she said “you know you’re supposed to ask before you pay right” in a snarky tone. I thought that was their job to ask me but I guess I’m wrong.

the store looked amazing, i was confused the layout but in health i had a wonderful red haired girl help me with hair products and she pointed me towards the dairy afterwards. great service at self checkout aswell.

I had a very disappointing experience at Superstore today. The cashier, Val, was extremely rude to both me and my friend when we asked about the ongoing deals. We had spent over $200 on groceries, and as paying customers, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask questions about promotions. Instead of helping us, she made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Customers should never be treated this way, especially when they are simply asking for clarification. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures better customer service in the future.
