Do not shop online for the shoe company or Designer Brands or any of their affiliated companies. They have double charged me for 2 out of the 3 orders I made in one day and say I need to just be patient and wait up to two weeks for the charges to be reversed. As if double charging for an order would ever be acceptable. This type of thing could be the difference between an important cheque going through or being NSF and there is no urgency to rectify the situation. I can easily show i have 5 charges over a week long period for three orders and show that I paid the full amount right away. If you must buy, buy in person but I would recommend skipping them entirely. Terrible customer service as they try to make you you think you are mistaken then when the truth comes out they just act as if you are being impatient. You shouldn't ever have more money than I owe you, one second is too long.

Went into The Shoe Company specifically to buy a certain pair of sandals. We were helped by an older lady, blonde hair pulled back into a ponytail. She was quite rude and my wife and I both felt like she was trying to make us feel stupid with the questions we were asking. Other than that I think this is a really good store, with a large selection and decent prices. With all the talk these days about people being rude to retailers, we go out of our way to be polite and kind only to be met by someone with a terrible attitude that has no business being in retail.

my shoes were faulty... the owner was amazing and I was dealt with fairly and promptly by the owner !! I recommend this store for your foot wear purchases ...Thanks for the great service

Decent prices. I don't like buying shoes online so I find it convenient. Could have better boot selection for guys. I work in sales. I can't wear tree faller boots or runners so basic SOL
