I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Bryan Childs at Courtenay Mazda. I first went to him back in December just to test drive some vehicles, and from day one he was patient, kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and never once pushy. I didn’t end up buying until February because I needed time to sort out my finances and sell my current vehicle, and Bryan gave me that space without any pressure at all.
When I was finally ready to buy, he really listened to me. I never felt like he was trying to steer me toward something newer or more expensive,
just what actually made sense for me. He was also so accommodating when I had to bring my very rambunctious child along for multiple test drives, which made a huge difference. I felt completely comfortable the entire time.
You can tell Bryan is an extremely hard worker. I watched him break into a run multiple times when he was grabbing different cars for me to test drive. While waiting for the finance department to sort out my loan, he checked in on my son and me several times, detailed my new used car, filled the gas tank, and even brought the vehicle right to my house.
Thank you so much, Bryan, for such a genuinely lovely car-buying experience. You’ve officially become my go-to guy!

I'm the type of person who usually avoids going into dealerships as I've had a couple of not-so-great experiences in the past. I recently was in the market for a brand-new second-hand vehicle, and I'm so happy that I popped by to look at cars here as Ronan completely changed my view of buying a used vehicle. He guided me through the process with tact and ease, and made me feel like I was in the driver's seat the whole time.
