Very impolite staff, tutted when we said we were there for passport photos, did not know you could order & pay online. Dated the photos incorrectly & could not be accepted so had to go back to the passport office & was then told they were borderline because over exposed. Obviously happens regularly because the passport lady instantly said ‘did you use Walmart’? Waiting to hear if they were accepted & if we do have to get new ones, although we were told if any problem they do them again free of charge, think we would not risk it.

I was told that my canvas print would be done in 24 hours. Now I'm told it will take 5 days. Next time I'm ording from somewhere else online.
