If there were more than 5 stars available I would choose them all! I haven't been in town for a few years and found out our trusted mechanic Gus had retired. Well someone suggested DN Auto Corp and I am sooooo happy to have found this place. I think out of towners like me would be the easiest people to fleece but these guys are really all about great service for great value. They told me straight up what I needed and what I didn't and offered everything at a great price. Their parking lot was packed and now I know why, they are so great. I really wanted to ask the young guy who checked out our car if this was a family business and if he was family because his energy, his positivity was something you usually see from employees who are invested in the company. In fact I felt that energy from each of the employees I met. Anyway, if you are looking for honest, experienced, hard working mechanics and a friendly responsive front end team I have nothing but good words for DN auto corp.

We took our older truck to DN Auto Corp today in Courtenay and had an amazing experience. One of the tests they ran showed nothing, so they didn’t charge us for it. They also didn’t try to upsell us or say we needed a bunch of unnecessary work — they simply told us to keep an eye on it. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly. We’re so happy to have found a trustworthy place to recommend and to take our vehicles to.

Surely the most positive and inspiring experience I've had at any business ever! Reception was warm and they fit me in today because I was from out of town. The owner Dan came out to fix my electrical issue and we had a fantastic conversation while he worked. Dan is building a worker owned and profit sharing business structure that is truly inspiring. Coming straight to my phone to write a review I started reading former reviews here and I can see how successful his vision has been! I cannot say enough good things about DN Auto, my alternator decided to quit on me while visiting the area. They were able to squeeze me in the next day for diagnosis and fit me in later that day to fix my vehicle. They offered the best customer service, appropriate pricing and excellent communication throughout the experience.

I had an issue with a loose part under my front bumper that was missing some bolts. I called Sunday left a message which they returned my call
Monday told me to come by around 1:30. A nice young man (Sam) was able to replace the bolts and I was on my way. What a pleasure to receive such amazing service , the two gals at the front desk were also so friendly cheery and helpful. What a pleasant experience !!! I highly recommend DN Auto Corp.
