From drop-off to pickup, smoothest auto appointment I’ve had ever with phone update along the way. Needed an alignment and they fixed it the first time. They also performed a 35-point inspection to inform me the current condition of my vehicle. I’ve been disappointed in the past from a dealership and another highly recommended shop. I now have found a shop that values not just their customers but also their workmanship. I will be back. Thanks Kean Auto Services.

Was very pleased with my experience at KEAN Auto Service. Payton kept me informed with the repair of my vehicle, excellent communication. Andy went for a test drive with me to diagnose the problem. Car was repaired on time and on budget of estimate. Very please with my experience and will recommend the service. Garry O

Took my 2007 Forester there with an overheating engine they took a look at it the day after I called and diagnosed the issue straight away and fixed within a couple days. Went above and gave me a full breakdown of everything with my car. Very Helpful and Timely, definitely recommend.

I have been going to Kean for over a year now and thought I had a local shop I could trust. Today, I have decided to stop going due to three situations in a row that made me feel that I could no longer trust in the pricing I was given or that they would take care of me if they had an issue. First was a hitch I had installed that was scratched and chipped from new. I had them come to the parking lot to check it out and they said it came that way and there wasn’t anything they could do about it. My thought was, why install it if it came damaged but I accepted it and moved on. Second, I asked for a quote for a key fob replacement and was quoted $800 for the part and programming. I called Ford and was quoted half the price at $405 for the part and programming there. I accepted that there may have been a mistake and moved on. Third, today. I went for an oil change and was told my battery was needing replacement. I was quoted $378 for the battery and $197 for the labour as well as $99 for a battery reset. I said yes, as we need the vehicle and they started work. I felt unsure, so I called Ford and asked for their quote, $273 for the part and $105 for the labour. A noticeable $300 difference. I let the team at Kean know about the difference and asked why and was told some things about warranty and some pads and paint they use during install that they charge for. Nothing that made me feel much better. I asked for them to think over the situation and my lead up and do what they felt was right. They discounted a battery reset fee, that was an additional $99 dollars, that was not charged at all by Ford, to $49 instead and the boss didn’t feel the need to come talk to me at any point. Just sent the counter folks to deliver the news. I wanted to trust this place and continue to be their customer going forward, but they have lost my faith and made it clear that they would rather hold tight to their margins than take responsibility for their mistakes and/or misleading practices. Get a second quote before getting work done here.

I was very impressed by the transparency created by taking photos of each component inspected as part of my first service. They exceeded my expectations coming from a dealership experience. A quote was promptly provided upon request for work needed along with a clear timeline. Will be visiting them again.
