UPDATED REVIEW: We took our HiAce back in to have Jerry review the damages caused, as well as brought a quote do repair with us. I understand the business owner view of trusting your employee notes when they’re working - the employee said the jack points were rusted out - Jerry took the van back into the shop, took a look, came out and said he’d contact the body shop to cover the costs. The body shop heard from Jerry’s immediately.
Once we got to Jerry’s, everything went quickly. I’ve updated my original review from one star to three stars, because while Jerry is an absolutely amazing and kind guy to deal with, the time that lapsed between contacting for damage, and discussions on repair was so so much longer than it should have been. Which sucks, because Jerry really is an awesome guy.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I took our HiAce there to have my tires changed in May. They damaged my vehicle by putting it on the lift wrong. Jerry received my pictures, confirmed receipt of them, and then radio silence. I followed up and left two voicemails, only to be ignored. It’s been months, they’ve been given the opportunity to respond, and resolve the situation - now we are getting into the fall and I will have to repair the problem myself to avoid rust.

Stopped in at Jerry's Auto Works to have a check engine code read and cleared. At no charge Jerry cleared the code and discussed what the issue could be. Since I still have engine warranty, Jerry stated my best option would be to check with the Dealer to see if the issue is still under warranty. All this at no charge, clearly Jerry's intention was to give me advice that benefited me, great customer service. I will return for non-warranty maintenance/repair work.

Best mechanic shop! I've had a variety of different repairs and "deferred maintenance" to my older 1996 truck successfully completed at Jerry's, as well as work on my other vehicle. His shop is very efficient, his staff are respectful and knowledgeable, and the prices are very fair. Jerry always provides a detailed estimate for parts and labour in advance and if there is extra time needed for any reason it's clearly indicated. Not only that, but the work is always done to a high standard of quality and with the utmost attention to detail.
I would continue to recommend Jerry's as the best place in the Valley for any automotive work or repairs needed!
