Absolutely superb workmanship and expertise. Not only did they do a great job, but they have shuttle service, a free snack bar while you wait, and Randy is so kind and fair. His word is good as gold. I'm very impressed by the outcome and they even treated a rust spot and a dent for no extra charge, as the initial damage was the front bumper.

Just wanted to give credit where it's due, I had an individual reverse into my car when it was parked.. Randall organised a rental car and totally fixed everything!

I recently had a great experience with a auto body repair @ Randall's Auto Body
While replacing licence plate light bulb on rear of car, I noticed corrosion on and around both of the lights
Randall's restored car " to like new condition " with a quick turnaround time

I tried to get my car in to Randall's Auto body for about 6 months. Every time I called, he said he was too busy, call back in a couple months. Hard to believe this guys is in business when he cannot even book an appoint for his customers. It was idiotic. As I was not in a huge rush to get the work done, I hung in there and kept phoning him every couple of months until finally I was granted a spot in his queue.
I had some cracking forming on the roof of my car that needed repair. The repairs seem to have been done adequately.
However, their paint matching skills leave alot to be desired.
I Got them the paint code that needed to be used for the repair on my car. Randy decided that the color or the paint did not look right to him so he unilaterly mixed a custom color to paint my roof which is alot darker than all the other panels on my car.
When I brought it to his attention, he did not offer to do anything to resolve the situation.
I am totally frustrated by their poor communication and dismal customer service
