I'm old enough to remember every neighborhood having a corner gas station that was also the local auto repair shop. And to me BD Auto falls clearly in that category; your friendly neighborhood mechanic who knows your car and knows how to keep it running. I've had fairly major work like front and back brake jobs on my Toyota hybrid and I've had smaller jobs like reattaching the splash shield under the front of my car - and every time it's always been friendly, professional service - always proactive about keeping my car functioning and safe.

We were basically stuck, pulled a travel trailer to Courtenay for a medical appointment and our truck was more or less dead in the water. The next appointment at the dealer was two weeks away. They referred us to B.D. Auto and Diesel to see if the could fit us in. We were so happy that they could squeeze us in on their busy Friday before Thanksgiving schedule. Great service and good work! Thanks again!

Amazing service. I had zero ebrakes. I was unaware that the rear brake pads had been removed by previous auto mechanics. BDAuto assessed the situation and quickly replaced them. After retesting I had full brake power. Such approachable staff always ready to help you understand what was needed, what they did and take the time to explain anything you want to know. I fully recommend their services to every car owner I meet!

Tophelf topnotch diesel mechanics. They keep an eye on everything that is going on with your truck before it becomes a big problem. They keep you well informed with their email updates and appt reminders. Diagnosis is next to none. So much more I can say. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thx for the service guys
