Today I completed the purchase of my new to me Nissan Juke . I couldn't wait to share what an absolutely fantastic experience it was from start to finish. The level of professionalism and genuine friendliness displayed by the entire team was exceptional. My sales consultant Colbey was so kind and helped make this purchase so smooth. Colbey was very knowledgeable about the Juke patiently answered every question. I initially put a deposit on the vehicle as my own vehicle was in an accident. I decided to finance the Juke so I reached out to Julia in the Finance department in the early morning. Julia was so quick and had my loan set up by the days end. The whole process was completely stress free and she made sure I understood all my options without any surprises.
Courtney Nissan truly goes above & beyond. Colby made sure the snow tires were already on the vehicle at pick up. I drove away feeling excited about my purchase and completely confident in my new car. The "Comox Box" gift was very lovely too!
