I bought this 2020 dodge Pawer wagon from Danny he was good toke in my old Pawer wagon on trade. Let me take as long as needed to test drive it the new one. Payed for all the extras and warranty. Back in November made a deal that they would order a winch remote because it didn’t come with one, Now its February 28. Tried texting from Nov through to Christmas and all I was told is nothing in yet. Not sure what’s going on. I did like dealing with this dealership. They can reach out to me and let me know if I'm on my own.

Manager Rob were absolutely amazing!
Not only does Dodge do alot for the community in the Comox Valley but they really go above and beyond to make sure "it happens". They moved mountains, and I mean mountains to get us what we wanted. I know the deal they got us wasn't about making money on their end cause trust me there was not much if anything to make after this deal. That alone should tell you all that this dealership is about the customer/client. I would highly recommend The Dodge Dealership in Courtenay to anyone and everyone. Thank you for all you did and how far you went for customer satisfaction. Go into Dodge and see Danny and Rob,you won't be disappointed. Trust me when I say, we weren't the easiest customers to deal with. We wanted what we wanted and we got just that. Not only that they flew to pick it up and drive it to the valley. This dealership DOES NOT DISAPPOINT!

Big thanks to Danny Cave for making our car buying experience so smooth. Buying a car usually feels like a battle with weird sales tactics and high pressure. With Danny, it felt like a handshake and a high five. I know a good human when I see one, and Danny Cave is absolutely one of them.
