Car shopping is always a nerve wracking experience. When my wife and I were greeted at the Courtenay Kia, we were welcomed with an atmosphere that eased our tensions. The staff let us explore our options, even though we already had in mind what vehicle we wanted, and gave us the space to make a better decision.
Despite the Holiday season, they made themselves available in order for us to ask any further questions before purchasing.

A wonderful experience with a young man who has just started there as a salesman. Previously he was the courtesy driver and general helper all over the dealership. He will be a great asset to your business. The finance and insurance women were likewise very pleasant and knowledgeable.
The sales manager was also very pleasant and helpful in a kind way to Cooper. U

Don't like my Kia but....loved the customer service here by, Dayna Newman. She went above and beyond making me feel comfortable. I have severe PTSD and not really comfortable in new places...new because Harris Kia in Nanaimo was just horrible and I never want to go back. Apparently I was the last to know...everyone I speak with already knows this...go figure.
My review comes way late maybe 4 months or so because even to do this is very hard on me. So sorry Dayna.
I know I will be back because I have a crappy Kia Seltos worst vehicle I have ever had and I have had a lot, even 2 other Kias.
Anyways I hope DNs superiors will recognize how kind and supportive she is to customers...like me!
