Picked up my new to me beautiful little black beauty 2022 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium on November 27 with only 41,000 km.
It had serendipitously just arrived on the lot and I was the first to see it. It was love at first sight haha. Jas was helping another customer but took time to let me know the price and kms on the vehicle.
Jas then assisted me with a test drive and let me take the vehicle on my own for a couple hours and my fate was sealed, I had to buy it!
Years before, I had BJ60 diesel Landcruisers and had been wanting a 4 Runner for years. This 2022 was exactly what I was looking for. Legendary ruggedness and dependability, like the Landcruiser and just as refined.
After a CPO inspection and a thorough detailing ( thanks Michael!), Matt, Tyler and Jas made this dream come true for me and a glossy black 4Runner became mine.
The Comox dealership has been a pleasure to deal with and the staff have all been fantastic. If you are looking for a Toyota and go to the Comox Valley dealership, ask for Jas, he is a pleasure to deal with and will help you with kindness, patience and no sales pressure whatsoever, which is really nice when you are trying to make a decision.

We recently purchased our new Toyota 4Runner Hybrid Platinum from Comox Valley Toyota, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish! Our Sales rep, Tyler, went above and beyond to make everything smooth and enjoyable. Not only was he knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping us purchase the 4Runner, he also surprised us with an incredible personal touch - a Toyota cooler full of our favourite Fat Tug beer and an amazing bottle of BC wine, Laughing Stock, to celebrate our new Ride! We also traded in our beloved 2008 Tundra, which we purchased from Comox Valley Toyota 17 years ago, and were thrilled with the excellent trade-in value we received. It truly felt like coming full circle with a dealership that continues to deliver exceptional service and care! Also, the fresh baked cookies were delicious while we were filling out the paperwork! We are already having a blast with our new 4Runner and could not recommend Tyler and the Comox Valley Toyota team more highly!

Many thanks for the helpful service department at Toyota Comox Valley. My husband and I and our 2 dogs spent the weekend in Campbell River, and shortly after we started our journey home to Victoria, my new-to-me Corolla Cross hybrid started displaying multiple engine warning messages. After several unsuccessful attempts to get a real person on the phone to advise us, we chose to head to the closest dealership.
So glad we did. The woman who greeted us in the service area was very very helpful, then Steve went above and beyond to squeeze us in and try to figure out what was wrong. He was very thorough, ran full diagnostics, explained everything he found, even took a photo for us, and made sure it was safe to drive back to Victoria. While we waited with our dogs, everyone was considerate and attentive. No charge. And the cookies were great.

I live in Victoria but found the vehicle I was looking for at the Comox Valley Toyota dealership. Bill Lyle was the Sales Consultant that I was fortunate enough to deal with. From the moment we started discussions to the conclusion of the sale, Bill was excellent to deal with. He was quick to answer all my questions, send me additional photos of the car, explain all aspects of the SUV I was buying and provide the needed support to make the sale as straightforward as possible. Since I lived 3 hours away, he arranged free delivery right to my home. After the sale he has followed up with me to make sure I was totally satisfied with the sale and to ensure if I need anything more I can always contact him. You know, I'm always tentative to go to a dealership to have repairs done. However, I discovered this gem and got to know a new friend there as well. Virgil was not only very friendly, he was/ quick to act and my 2019 Dodge Durango is on the road! I highly recommend the shop, the staff and service are outstanding. If you're in the area and need service at a fair price and in a hurry...Go here. Ask for Virgil, tell him Aidan sent you. =)
