I just love getting my hair done here. Angela is so talented! I find she always listens when I ask to have my hair done a specific way, which is sooooo important! At the same time, when I’ve got no hair inspiration, she finds something that is so flattering! Always a 5 star experience!

I had booked an appointment for a haircut on my birthday two weeks in advance. It was on a Friday for 1:30pm. At 12:37pm I received a call telling me my appointment had to be canceled because an emergency color correction client came in. Why are you canceling the client that has an appointment? I explained that it is my birthday and I deliberately made the appointment for this day. The employee couldn't care less. I phoned Extreme Ends on 4th street and they got me in right away. Thanks Debbie! And to Iron side, shame on you.
Thank you for the offer. I will be more than happy to change my review if this offer is given and I actually receive a haircut.

Angela Dawn, did exactly what I asked for, she is very personable and sweet:) also very professional, I'm so happy with my balyage, definitely my new hairstylist and would 100% recommended her :) I love my hair :)

I would have given 0 stars if possible. Two weeks ago, I made an appointment for a hair cut as a gift for my daughter's birthday on February 21st. Less than one hour before her appointment, Ironside called her and said they were canceling her appointment. She practically begged them to take her in later in the day because it was her birthday and she was going out, etc. She was told nothing was available and was not offered any further options. I called and complained and was told that nothing could be done because a client had a "hair crisis". This "hair crisis" required a lengthy repair. I'm sure it was also going to much more profitable than my daughter's simple cut. What a horrible business. It's interesting to note that after my call, they called my daughter and offered to take later in the day. Thankfully, when they called, she was already sitting in a chair at another salon (thank you Extreme Ends) getting her cut and style.

The Ironside salon is so amazing!! I’ve been quite a few times for different services. The girls who work up front and bring you in for tans are amazing and I’ve gotten a haircut and emy is amazing at what she does and always makes the best conversation! I highly recommend this salon! Thanks girls 😊
