I have very minimal bruising, just a couple of small, darker dots and the swelling has come down completely 48 hours later. I am very happy!

The only clinic I trust. They customer service is second to none. They emphasize placed on continuous learning for injections and laser techs makes me feel safe and care for. Any questions I have are answered knowledgeably. The atmosphere is always welcoming and fun! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Purchased laser hair removal for my child. We were told that we might require six sessions to see good results. So we purchased six. I chose this place because three family members had excellent results after six treatments. After six treatments my child saw about a 10% hair reduction and thinning. Upon inquiring about this, we were told that we would have been told 6-10 sessions and we would have to continue to pay if we wanted any more. This is not what we were initially and would have gone to Willow if that were the case because they stated 3-6 sessions as well.

I have been going to Derm Essentials for many years. It is a very clean and professional spa. I always feel welcome and the staff are very friendly. I commute from up island for my treatments and I will continue to do so. I always leave the spa happy with my results. Thank you, Derm Essentials!
