Buying a house was by far the most stressful experience I've ever gone through, and if it weren't for Mackenzie and her team, I would probably have had a full nervous breakdown. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and a pro at breaking down the complicated parts of the home buying process, so the customer is never too overwhelmed. I always felt like she had our best interests in mind, and was continually championing us to lenders. Would highly recommend her to first time home buyers, and I'm sure she's just as helpful to those who've gone through the rigmarole a few times.
