On the onset of my testimony reflecting on experience I had with Beata Wojtalik let me give it 5-star ranking. Now, let me tell you why.
I am sure there are many Mortgage Brokers who provide outstanding professional service by searching for and securing the best interest rates and best mortgage conditions for their clients. I am sure they burning candles to midnight findings the best landers and spent hours, if not days to match the client and lander creating a harmony that is manageable and sustainable for clients while protecting the interest and security of banks and credit unions.
Well, let me assure you Beata through her hard work, excellent communication skills and extensive knowledge of market did exactly that. She secured a mortgage for us with a major landing institution at the rate and conditions that superseded any offers we have received by working even with one of the Canada-wide major bank we had a mortgage with for 10+ years and an excellent record.
Beata also acted as our financial advisor. She created a repayment plan to our past creditors that resulted in significantly improved credit ranking and enough cash-flow to enjoy life and help where the help is needed.
But above it all, Beata is a great listener and by doing that she was able to see our needs through her eyes. I am wholeheartedly recommending Beata Wojtalik to all those clients who are looking for a prompt, responsive and caring mortgage broker with an exceptional integrity and work ethics.
