First time using Fresh Look. They picked up our area rug for us, returned it and helped lay it back down in floor. Thanks for helping as it was a bit heavy for me to manage! Booked service 1 week out. Needed to adjust date by one day with two days notice for a specific time. VERY accommodating! Everyone I talked to was courteous, helpful, "smiled" with their voice, and went out of their way to help. The technician arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, got down to work ASAP, and had the job done in no time. VERY PROFESSIONAL! I found them on Google and am sure glad I did, not being an Islander. I would highly recommend Fresh Look to anyone looking for cleaning services. *****

I requested a quote from Fresh Look for an 800sqft apartment move-out carpet clean at the end of November, a little over a week before required service. They were quick to respond, were able to book me for an end of month move out which is a busy time for any carpet cleaning company.
Their technician was early, kind, courteous, and personable, and was quick to complete the job in less than an hour. The quote was accurate to the cost of services rendered. Somebody from the company even phoned me afterwards to ensure I was satisfied with the service.
I would definitely use them again

I booked for a Carpet Cleaning in my restaurant, Bon Appetit in Port Mcneill. The person over the phone is very accomodating, I was booked for early March but then they fit me in earlier Jan uary, Sean their technician is an excellent guy works very good with customer and did excellent in cleaning the carpet, recommends things to keep the carpet clean longer. A lot of clients are inquiring to do their carpets as well in Mcneill. Thank's Fresh Look for coming up the Island and cleaning our carpets to start the year. You all did an excellent job. Highly recommend!

Dustin from Fresh Look cleaned 4 large area rugs, and a sofa for me yesterday. He was fantastic! He explained the process, warned me that area rugs don’t all respond the same, and different floor surfaces can be tricky - asked if I still wanted to go ahead, and I’m super glad I did. All the rugs, and the sofa look amazing (one of the rugs is 46 years old). The price for the work done was very reasonable compared to another locally owned highly rated company. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Fresh Look again in the future. This is the second time I’ve used them, and I highly recommend Fresh Look Carpet Care.
