I've shopped here for a long time. However, recently I found a mushroom on a pepperoni flatbread. I'm allergic to mushrooms. Nowhere on their packaging does it say this could happen.
I contacted the company and let them know that a food I'm allergic to was hiding in my flatbread (it was under a piece of pepperoni. I'm lucky I saw it). After sending them photos, the code on the box, and all info they asked for they reassured me this hasn't happened before and that they would send a gift card to apologize and thank me for taking the time to tell them. They sent a gift card.... for $15!!
Essentially, they offered me a refund for almost causing an allergic reaction to their food.
It's actually insulting. They clearly don't value their customers or care that they almost caused an allergic reaction... I will not be shopping here again.

M&M is perfect for the busy family who can't afford delivery every night. The meals taste great and the ingredients listed are about the same as if I cooked it myself. Tasty, nutritious, family meals at great prices.
With less effort than ordering food I can throw a meal in the oven, sit down to watch the news and relax and an hour later have a meal the family enjoys, all for around $20-30.

I have purchased the Chicken & Broccoli Pasta Bake about 3 times now. Every time I bake it I have to leave it in longer than the suggested time in order for it to heat all the way through.On top of that the pasta is over cooked and mushy. Both my husband and I love the flavour but do not like the noodles. Just wondering if this can be corrected or if it is just me that has noticed this.

Always great service at M&M. The staff are friendly and upbeat, the establishment is always spotless and the food is consistently delicious, high quality and
reasonably priced. What's not to like? Perfect if you're pressed for time and want to serve up a quick meal...
And no, I don't work here :)
