Great Comox location. This store has gone downhill big-time since the takeover from the grocery giant. Prices on most things are higher than some of the other stores. Varieties are limited. Staff is hit or miss. Some are very friendly and helpful. Well others are rude and short with you. They do have a very good delicatessen bar with prepared foods. The Chinese food is always hot and good and the breakfast are also a good value. There are better places to buy your groceries!

I have been so unimpressed with the changes to Quality Foods since the take over, but I kept trying to make it work. But I am now done. I am sick of wasting my money on food from your store. This week almost all of your broccoli was already soft and floppy. I pick some from a different section thinking it seemed a little better. Cut it up that night and its got black slimey spots inside the florets. GREAT. Open up the raspberries, the new usual, half them need to be tossed because they have black mold spots all over. The white liners have black on them from the mold on the berries. I was even going to return them yesterday because I cannot afford to keep doing this but what a waste of my time. I have been shopping here since it opened and I am now DONE attempting to buy edible food from here. I dont understand how youre ok with selling people bad fruits and vegetables. Quality Foods with zero quality. Just gross.

Best staffing services I've received since I don't knowvwhen....deli gal and customer service cashier! Too bad we didn't note their names.. kudos ✓
Food and deli too expensive however. they will make you a pizza and heat in a stone oven. How many grocery stores can claim that ? Cheers

Thank you to all staff for helping my senior mum when she shops. She loves the staff and said they even help her find things and get special cuts for her. It's always a highlight of her day. It makes a difference to her and me. !!

This was my first time shopping here since moving to Comox just recently. Yes, there are some good deals, but holy some overpriced. What was more disappointing is going up to the cashier. She didn’t even say hello and didn’t even bother to ask me for my more rewards card. Just basically handed me my receipt and didn’t say a word. Talk about poor customer service, I expect better considering the price we pay for groceries nowadays. Truly unprofessional of her (Gracie). I know she’s young, but if she’s going to work cash, she should learn about customer service and how to treat people. I will drive the extra and get my groceries from Courtenay from now on. That was a pretty bad first impression shopping at this store.
