Both Eileen and I highly recommend Griffith Homes as a home builder and a co-ordinator of contractors. Tavis Griffith knows how to get the permits, which can be difficult in the Comox Valley. We love our house and are so happy that we found such an experienced and capable company of professionals to make our dream home come true.

We are an Interior Design firm located in White Rock on the mainland, Madeleine Design Group. We recently completed a project with Griffith Homes in Courtenay for one of our longest standing clients, and were very happy with the communication throughout the project, as well as a beautiful end result! Griffith followed our design drawings and specifications, had no problems adopting our project management software through the design phase, and then we switched over to theirs for the construction process. Although we were completely remote during the construction, the communication was seamless. We received regular photo updates throughout the construction and were able to provide instructions and coordination without having to be on site. We really look forward to the opportunity to work together again!

We recently did a massive home renovation with Griffith Homes. From the beginning of the process to the very end, they were meticulous in their planning, execution and continuous communication with us. The quality of the work was superb and they completed our project on time and on budget. The were really easy to work with- super respectful, highly informed and professional. We are THRILLED with our home and would highly recommend this company to anybody considering a home renovation.

We had the privilege and pleasure of having Griffith Homes build our house in Comox. They were recommended to us by our Vancouver architect who was convinced that this was the right team to build our forever dream home, and she was right. From beginning to end, Tavis Griffith, his building crew and office staff were wonderful. They were all so friendly, responsive and professional. What really impressed us most was their attention to detail. They all obviously took great pride in every aspect of their work. It was the same for all of the sub-trades that Tavis brought in to work on our house. The quality of work was always first class.
We had been thinking about and planning this house for several years and thanks to Griffith Homes, it has far exceeded our expectations.
We have no hesitation at all in recommending them highly to anyone looking to build or renovate their home.
