Absolutely superb job by Rich and his team. My 2012 Passat has never been detailed, and after 3 ski seasons was not in good shape inside. For only $209 they thoroughly transformed the inside of the car to as new, even the stains on the backseat fabric were somehow removed. I can't recommend this place enough, so impressed am telling everyone I know. Rich really has a dedicated team. Chapeau!

Highly recommend Rich' detailing! After 10 years of a German Shepherd that loves mud puddles it's safe to say my car was in rough shape. After working on it - for far more hours than I think they anticipated - my car is like new. Price was fantastic as well. Will definitely be back the next time I need a detail!

Phoned Rich on a Saturday. He assured me he was open. He took my phone number and my home address as I was only a few blocks away.He promised me he would contact me on Sunday, which I thought was good business practice. No call or drop in on Sunday, or Monday or Tuesday. I have been in business in the valley for 15 years. I've never not returned a call or been late without calling. I guess I'll vacuum and wash the car myself and save myself 300 $.

My 24 year old car looks like brand new....unbelievably great detailing inside and out. The exterior is so buffed and polished that water now beads up on it - snow used to stick to this car like glue and now I can hardly wait until it snows, I bet it will blow off like the new cars that park next to me. This is the best money I have ever spent. Thank you Rich.

Rick came over and helped me get the truck running so that I could get it to his place for a cleaning. He worked on the truck for about an hour not even mentioning money and was kind when it came to charging for his last minute mechanical services.
He cleaned the interior of our truck that had leaked water through the window, moulding the inside to look like new. He also cleaned the engine compartment up and did a beautiful job!
I would recommend him for his hardwork and for also being kind and fair. Thanks again Rick!
