22 April, 2025. The vehicle came back very clean, both inside and out. The Silver package included both the carpet and seat cleaning which really made a difference with regards to that new car clean feeling afterwards. Customer service was responsive, including making last minute appointment changes in order to accommodate my schedule.

What an amazing job North Island Detailing did on my old, filthy car!
Their customer service is absolutely tops. From Tracy's friendly, happy greeting, Rob's attention to high standards of detailing and customer care and Klaus coming to pick me up in Black Creek and taking me to my car. I'm so impressed and grateful for this wonderful experience and for my shiny, spotless car!

Recently took my car to this detailing shop. I had a problem with blocked sunroof drains causing a lot of water in bottom of car below passenger seat area. Rob and his crew not only repaired all the damage…they gave me a spotlessly clean car to pick up. Amazing job all the way around. I would highly recommend this business to anyone. Huge thanks to Rob and his team at North Island Detail !!!

Feeling compelled to leave my first Google review ever, after the amazing experience my wife and I had getting our van cleaned here. We arrived in Courtenay to discover our van which had been in long term storage for some time was quite moldy and in need of a serious clean immediately. They were the only detailers that could get us in the next day, and they were incredibly friendly, relaxed, professional, and made the whole ordeal way less stressful. Van is the cleanest it’s been since we bought it!
