I have dealt with the people at 21 degrees for several years. They have always genuinely worked hard to make the experience and expense feel right. I could not be happier with the systems they have installed.
I would recommend Doug and the team and will absolutely use them next time.

Very happy with owner Doug and his team. I was told about every part of the process, we came up with options to accommodate my aesthetic and the process was quick. His guys were friendly and efficient. From someone who just moved here from the dry interior and not being accustom to the “wet” coast for awhile, 21 Degrees Mechanical is a company you can trust to do it right.

Doug and Mike were here this past Wednesday and Friday, after a number of calls about noisy furnace and not getting heat the issues were finally resolved. On Wed the noise issue was found and resolved and when they came back they found Freon had been slowly leaking thus losing heat.
Many thanks to Doug and Mike as we now have a quiet furnace and good heat.
Hopefully if we have any issues we can get one of these two to come back. They didn’t stop til they found the issue.

The gentlemen did a great job on my home. They were honest with their assessment and didn’t try to get me to get anything I didn’t need. When an issue came up with sizing they were able to find a suitable replacement quickly and pivot to give me what I still wanted.

It paid to get another company to come out instead of calling 21 degrees again for a recurring problem. Horrible workmanship. Owner has attitude and is unprofessional. No call back as promised. We were ripped off year after year. Now our issue is finally resolved If we could leave zero stars we would.
