Such a wicked and sweaty workout in 30 minutes. A welcoming environment, fun atmosphere and a great sense of community among this women’s only boxing gym. Not intimating for beginners, the staff are super encouraging, motivating and helpful. Absolutely love hitting here!

30 Minute Hit is an amazing full body workout! The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The workout itself flies by and the challenges are always fun and motivating! 3x a week has been a game changer for my mental and physical health.

This gym is so fun. It comes with a trainer, a free kids area, I get unlimited membership a full body workout in a quick 30 minutes. The owner and trainers have unreal energy. I leave feeling like super women. I recommend all women go for a free trial.

Amazing workout in just 30 minutes. There’s too many things that I love about this place to list! Number 1 is that is women only- it’s such a nice environment to work out in. I also love the intensity of the workout, I’m always motivated to work as hard as i can. I really love the boxing/kickboxing/self defence skills that we learn- it’s so empowering!!

I wasn't much of a gym-based fitness person, but decided to try Hit last June for a self-imposed pandemic summer challenge and try new things since the old things were limited. I felt awkward at first, but the trainers and other members were so supportive and I quickly got hooked. I love how Hit is hard work, but it's only 30 minutes, so it is accessible in my weird schedule. I couldn't believe how quickly I noticed results, too. Hit is always a challenge and always fun. I leave feeling great.
