I was so happy after my visit with Jamie today. I’ve been struggling with issues in my lower extremities for the past three and a half years since my hip replacement surgery, and today was the first time I truly felt like everything is going to be okay.
He was incredibly helpful and thoughtful, and I’m so grateful for the exercise program you put together for me to help strengthen my body and support healing. It means more than I can say to finally feel hopeful and supported.

I was referred to this clinic for a finger injury that required a splint. While the hand therapists were booked well in advance, Ali, at the front desk, was quick to get me in. Elyse made time for me in her schedule and took really good care of me. Great service and excellent care at this clinic. Thank you!

Elyse is so thorough, and surprisingly my husband had an obvious result after the first 60 mins. session for his injured finger. He had a finger injury from playing basketball, it has been a month that it was swollen , our Family doctor already had it xray and thankfully no bone fractured but warn us that if it will not be fix by Physio we will end up having a surgery which we wouldn't want. It was our family doctor who recommended Perseverance Physio clinic. I am am so thankful we had Elyse and yes we had a very wonderful experience , staff in the reception are all accommodating, nice and polite. Elyse is very informative, knowledgeable and patient. I sincerely appreciate the service. Thank you so much.

Honesty...sorry to say... worst massage I've paid for. Felt very unprofessional. I was told to keep my underwear on but the massage therapist kept pulling them down during my massage to massage my glutes. He didn't even ask if I wanted my glutes massaged. I told him I wanted my back and neck massaged.
Dainis Viskers was my RMT. Not sure what massage techniques he was trained in but he didn't show how skilled or knowledgeable he was. It was not like any other deep tissue I've gotten from anyone else. The entire massage felt like effleurage. Didn't target specific muscles or trigger points. It was hard to feel relaxed because his movements were so fast.
I tried asking him to slow down and use more pressure. He made alot of excuses about his technique. I get that every RMT will be a bit different in techniques. But this guy doesn't seem like he knows what he is talking about or doing. RMT's are trained to use the same techniques.
Not sure how this place has a five star review. I won't be coming back. I wouldn't recommend.
I've also never gone to a massage place where they have computers and tablets and many other camer devices in the room all pointed to the massage table. Seemed sketchy
It was an uncomfortable experience. Thought I was spending my money on relaxation but I was wrong
