Rob takes care of everything, ensures it's loaded properly, picked up on time, and even gives a heads up when he's coming so we're ready. Randy with ACE has been handling all of our business deliveries. He always calls in advance to let us know he is on the way and is super friendly. I am impressed with the consistency of communication and the care/consideration on how he leaves the deliveries. When it is raining out and no one is around, he always makes sure to leave under cover of the roof/soffit so it has some protection.
I would highly recommend using ACE for any type of delivery requirement.
