We used Ambassador transportation for our wedding this summer. We had a great experience, the drivers were all awesome and were able to get all our guest home safely. The team was really accommodating of all our different drop off spots and timing and was able to help us come up with a plan that worked to make the whole drop of run smoothly. Would highly recommend working with them.

Ambassador Transportation delivered my suitcase after it was misplaced for many days by WestJet. They dropped it with my 11-year-old who was outside playing basketball, and took off without speaking to an adult/getting a signature. WestJet claimed it had been dropped off two days before it was actually dropped off and refused to look any further into the matter, and Ambassador Transportation refused to answer any questions about the issue. No customer service on either side, and I was out $150 so my kid could have runners and a change of clothes on his vacation!

I arrived in Comox in January 2025, and Kevin and his drivers provided me with transportation several times during my stay. The drivers are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Kevin responded to any query in a timely fashion. I will use Ambassador Transportation again when I'm in the area, and I highly recommend their services!

Was driving with my son tonight, July 30th, around 9:30 PM, when he started giggling as we were driving past the Superstore on Ryan Road. I asked him what he saw, and he said, "the guy in that van is using his cell phone, he's driving without even holding the wheel."
I glanced over at the red light and sure enough, the driver is two-handing his cell phone while driving an Ambassador Transportation truck, and when the light went green he was SPEEDING up the hill. He pulled into the Thrifty Foods / McDonald's parking lot, which was when I lost sight of him, but buddy, there are people on the roads who want to get home to their families tonight.
After witnessing this horrific dangerous driving, I could never imagine using Ambassador Transportation and Tours, since driving is the most important part of their service.
Edit: What a weird response from the owner--I looked up your vehicles on your website to confirm I was getting the right company so I didn't review the wrong thing. Your vehicles are distinctive and have the name right on the side wall, beside which I was stopped at a red light. A company like yours must have a GPS installed to verify where the trucks are, and if they don't, you'd better get one installed soon because whoever was using your truck unauthorized was NOT driving safely.

Everything with Ambassador started off strong. The communication leading up to the day, the pricing, the staff - all of it was great. Our wedding guests were all picked up on time from their hotels and arrived to the venue in time for the ceremony. However, it took a major turn at the end of the night when the drivers didn't come back to the venue for their scheduled second trip and left the bride (myself), groom, and our wedding party stranded at the venue in the middle of the night. It's still unclear to both us and the owner/office team how this was so badly missed. They have apologized profusely, refunded our guests the costs of their cabs to get home, but it doesn't change the upsetting end to our perfect day.
