Fantastic experience from walking in the door to leaving with the goods installed. Have an ‘87 Nissan pickup that’s rougher than a junk yard. Replaced an already-replaced stereo with a good deal, nothing fancy Kenwood and some door speakers. I didn’t get upsold, even though I went in with thoughts of dash speakers and/or a sub, as well. Jesse said the door speakers I picked/he suggested were enough to fill the cab nicely. He wasn’t wrong. Wayyyy better sound than I had. And I can now barely hear the engine with it’s cutout in the muffler even with a medium volume. 😁
I fubbed my appointment time, and took it in two hours early, and they were so gracious about it, and even got it done at what I thought was my original pick-up time. Nice of them to do that, as they could’ve easily gone with how their day was already planned.
Super-fluid and low-key experience from top to bottom. Thank you, fellas!!

My wife and I went to Andre’s today to check on appliances, availability was there, service was great and we were able to get the 2 needed items right away loaded in my vehicle. This allowed me to have enough time remaining to do the install the same day once back home . Will definitely return to Andre’s for future purchases.

We were in need of a new TV. Did a lot of research on our own, then went in to Andres in Courtenay to see what they had. They were fabulous! The staff was super knowledgeable, very helpful, and we did not find them not pushy at all. They were also very professional and lovely to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new TV - and probably appliances too if that is what you are in need of. Thank you for making our experience great!

Walked in without having done much research into what I was trying to create with my home audio setup. The initial suggestions were quite modest but after a good conversation with Jessie it was decided that a more aggressive mid-level receiver was a more appropriate starting point. There was 0 sales pressure just a passion for the technology and advice towards future proof options. Great advice, great equipment and great people.
