Archie helped us find an amazing apartment in Courtenay BC. We had very specific ideas and needs in our search. Archie was an amazing person in that he was very patient and brilliant and showing us properties that were within our search parameter and always within our budget. all of which made the viewings easy and less time consuming. Archie has a way of helping his clients get what they need in a way that is neutrally supportive, offering really great advice without projecting any of his own opinions or agendas.
He put a tremendous amount of time and energy into guiding us in selling our home and purchasing our new one. After being out of the market for quite some time, we had a lot of questions and requests throughout the process and he always responded right away with really helpful information and advice.
Archie is genuine and hardworking; always looking out for his client's goals, and is a refreshing change from the typical greasy salesman. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again should we be in need.
