My husband and I had such a fabulous experience in store recently with Rick. We were shopping for a new bed with our baby and he was so incredibly helpful, attentive, educational and knowledgeable. He got us exactly what we wanted at a great price. We went to two other stores that same day and our experience at Coastal roots with Rick was hands down the best by far. Not even comparable. He helped arrange delivery and removal of our old bed as well very easily. We had specific requirements and he made us feel totally at ease and very well taken care of. I would highly recommend shopping here with Rick. We would definitely come back. Very impressed with this experience.

Shakshi Sharma at Courtenay's Ashley's Furniture was patient and considerate with my family as we considered investing in the furniture they sell. She was informative and got back to us quickly through email with estimates and even offered other suggestions. I appreciated her soft and calm demeanor. We got our furniture the day before yesterday and she checked in on us this morning. I don't know any other furniture store that checks in to see how we are liking. That, to me, speaks confidence in their product! Our bedroom set is beautiful and perfect for us ❤️

I found the best mirror hanging in the showroom. Rick the salesman, the same fellow that sold me my bedroom suite the month before had wisely left me to wander through the displays without a lot of unnecessary chat. However, when I found the mirror and wanted to to see it Rick was right there to take it off the wall, tell me the sale price, told me about the “take home and try it” plan and helped me get it into the car. The rest was easy. I love the mirror, I won’t be bringing it back and I will be talking up the experience with friends and family. Thank you for having a mirror in your showroom that wasn’t like all the others in town. Its good to buy quirky once in a while, some of us like the unusual.

I had an excellent shopping experience at Ashley Home Store in Courtenay. From the moment I walked in Sakshi was attentive and welcoming without being pushy. She was very knowledgeable about her products and helped direct me to items that suited my needs and my budget. I would highly recommend Ashley Home Store, and Sakshi in particular to anyone looking for good quality furniture at a reasonable price.
