The food here is great, but the customer service needs major improvement. I’m Indian myself, and even though the staff are also Indian, I still felt like I was treated poorly and not given basic respect. My experience felt dismissive and uncomfortable, and it really took away from the good food.
I hope the management addresses this, because every customer deserves to be treated properly.

Pleasantly surprised. Brought me back to the past when A&W was actually still good. Friendly staff, fast service and they actually cleaned the tables as people left out the door. Please don't change.

Very friendly staff, Amarpreet, (sorry I missed to ask other team members names) she was very helpful and friendly, she even took the time to explain the food offering for me to make my choice. Coffee refills and wifi usage are much appreciated A&W, will return again.

This was a good ol classic A&W experience. The staff were real friendly and the food was good. The cold mug was a good touch too.
