Robb recently helped get us our first mortgage! While the online portal for uploading files wasn't great, he offered alternatives and was very helpful. We got a bigger pre approval than I expected and in the end we got a decent intrest rate with a lender he found for us. Robb was very patient with us and walked us through the whole process.

I had my personal mortgage arranged by Robb Flannery and have been sending clients to Robb for several years to arrange financing for the purchase of recycled homes (construction loans). All who qualified have had a very positive experience and were able to complete on their projects.
Unfortunately, you can't assume you can borrow money and put yourself in a position where you can't pay for your purchase. It's important to have confirmation of your financing before you purchase houses for delivery to your property, to find out you only qualify for financing the purchase of the land, or you may find yourself with financial issues!
Robb is very professional and thorough and I continue to recommend him to my customers!
