Stayed here for 1 night and definitely would stay again. Everyone we interacted with were friendly and professional. We had a ground floor unit with a separate bedroom with a king bed. Room was spacious, clean and mattress was comfortable. The breakfast was better than average for sure, well stocked and fresh food kept coming out. I told them the apple juice was empty and they refilled it right away.

Went here with a team, our experience was top notch. The pool/spa is open until 11 which is a big deal for a team of teens! Breakfast was also a very good spread. We would stay here again for sure.

It's a nice hotel 😃. The workers there are nice. Breakfast is delicious. The rooms are nice. The beds are comfy, the pool is nice, and the water slide is awesome. The blankets did felt like it was heating me when I was trying to sleep, but I guess it depends on everyone's body temperature. Overall, I think this a really great hotel. Definitely recommend this one.

The rooms are super clean, the beds are comfortable, the property is physically well maintained. The breakfast was better then most hotel breakfast that I have had.
My problem was with the pool area. The hotel has a slide that goes into the pool,(which my kids have been looking forward to for months). There was a large group of young men both nights we were there that were breaking all the posted rules of the pool area. For example, climbing on the outer part of the slide, coming down the slide 3 and 4 people at a time, running up the stairs, having 5 or 6 people wait on the stairs when the line was supposed to start at the bottom etc. They were also getting buckets of ice from the hotel ice machine and dumping it into the hot tub and throwing ice at each other. The solution was for the front desk people to come in and tell everyone that the slide would be closed if the behavior continued. Its not fair for the people who make their kids obey the rules to lose the opportunity to use the slide because certain people chose not to follow the rules. I feel that they should have just posted a lifeguard or just kicked out the ones breaking the rules. It is a shame to let one group run around un supervised and cause such chaos in such a beautiful, expensive hotel.

Great stay on the weekend. Staff were friendly and welcoming, room was clean and the beds were firm and comfortable. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had, and was kept replenished by the staff several times while we were sitting and eating. Would stay there again.
