    I had a Save & Return with Rogers, and the process was a bit complex. GaryDean, especially, spent a considerable amount of time with a Rogers representative and took the initiative to arrange the return on my behalf. He also explained the pros and cons of the newer phones which helped me decide which phone to get. Khash was also very patient and helpful. In the end, I left the store happy and satisfied with the service I received. I comment their patient and the willingness to help. Thank you!

    I have never been satisfied here and today was the last straw. Customer service is non-existent. No employees on the floor, and I was intending to spend over a thousand bucks on a tv… I went to a girl at the checkout and before I even got to her she told me she would help me after she was done… I asked her I didn’t need her help, that I needed someone to help me with a tv. She said she would see if she could find someone when she was done. I asked her when that might be and she said, ‘I just got here, I don’t know anything about that.’ Then what are you doing, exactly? And where is the leadership? Every single time I have been in this location there are no employees on the floor so I have had to chase someone down to ask for help and then wait an interminable period of time to get ‘help’ from underqualified staff who typically don’t have answers and have to seek out further help. What a complete failure of a business. You have now officially lost my business forever, Best Buy… and certainly the revenue you could have gained from me today. Useless.

    Jasper one of the managers and Keetan were very helpful with my laptop issues. I would recommend them both to help when you are needing serious assistance. They are patient and no question I asked was ever made to feel insignificant. I appreciated the effort and that they were willing to troubleshoot multiple times until the job was done. Thank you very much. PS in the past the service was lack luster but it seems to be progressing in a positive way..

    Big shout-out to Lucas (Certified Tech), who demonstrates what a top-notch standard customer service is (he definitely goes above and beyond when it comes to professionalism plus efficiency saving customers' time). Was quite under impression of; 1. The way he explained how the system works and how to save my time with the minimum efforts for the best results 2. the tech knowledge of electronics devices on how the system operates. (As an aircraft avionics technician, I just briefly explained what the problem is on my devices, he instantly catches how to deal with the situation.) Hope his exceptional as well as professional customer services must be properly recognized by his supervisor or manager. Thank you Lucas, you saved my day and provided me the best customer service experience at Best Buy.

    We purchased a laptop here in the summer with a few items to go with it, so disappointed with the snotty lady who answered the phone before our visit. We wanted to 1. Make sure the laptop was still in stock before we drove from Campbell River and 2. We had some questions about it as we didn't want to purchase online until we had some help. Finally said to hell with it and drove down there and managed to get some help and questions answered by a young male worker (unfortunately I can't remember his name, caucasian male) We've shopped at other Best Buy's back in Alberta and always purchase our TV's, gaming consoles etc. but unfortunately will be finding another location to shop at.
