Love the staff here! They always remember my wife and I and our dog. They have the cutest stuff and really high quality stuff as well!
I am a dog groomer and they carry products I use professionally and used to special order online.
My dog only likes one specific type of toy and they sell it there as well!
We got the cutest little dress for pride there as well! (see picture)
Prices are absolutely fantastic, especially when compared to local competitor (Woofy’s).
Most important to my wife and I though is that my service dog gets excited when we go in vest free. The staff always respects the best if she has it on but when she is best free they are all over her.

Came in around 720pm Friday August 30th
On vacation from the UK, we needed two kennels for our cavaliers to fly back in. Staff member Nico was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Gave us very valuable information on different crate types, made sure the other store had a second one in stock, and called to put one on hold for us, without being asked. Very impressed with the customer service in courtenay!

Had a great experience here on Saturday. My dog is a giant baby, especially when it comes to getting a bath. The facility was clean and well stocked. The staff were friendly and they gave him an extra special treat after.

The staff are consistently helpful here. The store is easy to get around. I appreciate being able to bring a pooch in. And the short term parking for loading heavy items at the entry door is helpful. Thanks guys!
