Bosley's Pet Store in Courtenay B.C. is a fantastic store! They have a very good variety of products for your pets, especially dog and cat related. When entering this store, you're always greeted with a cheery hello, and the staff seem genuinely happy to be working for this employer. You may even be greeted by their resident cats, Oreo and Crouton, who are very well cared for and loved. The staff are very knowledgeable about the products they carry, and more than happy to help you find whatever you're shopping for. The store itself is very neat, tidy, and well stocked. I've been a customer of " Bosley's " for over 25 years, at various locations, and I've always experienced great customer service, a very good selection of products, and fair prices. Out of all the different locations that I've shopped at through the years, I'd have to say this "Bosley's " in Courtenay B.C., in my opinion, is by far the best store. I'd be happy to rate them 10 out if 10!

Very friendly staff. So much to see and touch. We just got a rehomed cat and needed a harness even tho she doesn't want to wear it lol. The staff was helpful and polite and I was in and out in no time and happy with my purchase.

They always have everything we need and staff are so helpful. I recently had to return a large bag of food my dog decided he didn't like (after eating the same type for over a year). They credited us back with no questions and helped us select another, complete diet, dog food. I really appreciated the time they spent with me addressing all my questions.

Very helpful, and managed to save our Christmas when my daughter (5) forgot her favorite headband in the store at closing. We came back after the lights were out, but the staff member who was left locking up looked for it, found it, and made a little girl very happy, and her parents want to reward that kindness with their business.
