When the time came to sell our house, I decided we needed an experienced realtor with integrity. Brian delivered on both counts. No silly games with the pricing and the know-how to guide us through the process.
Our house sold quickly and for a good price thanks to Brian's expertise. We recommend him wholeheartedly!

Brian and Gwen were both very professional to deal with. Brian made the selling of our mom's home after her death a painless process. He went above and beyond to help us out and make sure it presented well and our mom's home sold within 1 week of listing. If you are in the market for an excellent realtor to go above and beyond, Brian is the one you want to sell your home or find you your forever home. Thanks so much Brian and Gwen for helping myself and my family through this difficult time.

Brian Willis recently helped me to sell a friend's home on Vancouver Island as part of an estate settlement. He understood the requirements of the estate and knew how to guide me through all the challenges. He went the extra mile to get the property sold (he even painted the garage at his own expense!). I recommend him most highly, he is a realtor you can trust.

Last thing Brian Willis said to me was "Fu%! Off!" before he hung up on me.
Had developed a rapport over two months via text and call as we were hoping to buy on the island while living on the mainland. Time came to come view properties, so scheduled time off work to travel to island, prepared to make an offer.
Before coming to island, we sent him six properties to see about viewing, two of which began with "Park". When called upon arrival in Courtenay, he told me only three were available. I asked about the Park places, and he told me "it" sold. I asked about the other one, but he seemed unaware, as HIS ASSISTANT was attempting to set up viewing places, and he'd have to get back to me. He assured me though that she "Never skipped a beat." He did not seem to know that place was tenanted, and required 24 hour notice. An hour later, I text him "Brian?" His reply: "I'm busy - call you back later."
When he did call back, I told him that I was rather disappointed that I sent him properties in advance, and yet had his assistant do the work. I should have spoken with her! He then became upset that I was considering walking away as this lack of competence and poor communication skills were upsetting. He then proceeded to tell me I was the problem, and abruptly told me to "Fu$k off," before hanging up on me.
Wasted a trip to island and time off. He needs to retire. Save your energy with this fellow.
Update: That other Park place WAS available, but the tenants require 24 hours notice, which he should have known as I sent him the listings more than 24 hours in advance. Guess his assistant skipped this beat!
