My muffler had fallen off. A different shop told me it was unrepairable and that I had to see the dealership to order new parts. Budget made the repair in under an hour and charged much less than I expected. Very happy

This budget shop was amazing!! Darryl went above and beyond to get my car in and in a very timely manner! Polite easy to deal with and fit me in when they didn’t really have an opening. Price was very good compared to dealership prices! Thanks again Darryl ❤️

I wasn’t able to get a same day appointment with any of the garages or large tire dealerships in town, but there was a nail embedded and a resulting slow leak in one of my son’s truck tires. My son was working and I offered to find a garage and get an appointment to get the tire fixed. I finally called Darryl at Budget Brake and Muffler in Courtenay and he was able to secure a time that day to fix the tire. After arriving the process took about 20 minutes start to finish. Very inexpensive and very convenient.

Daryl is so helpful, he explains what needs repairs and why. Some garages create more necessary work to make customers return, this has never happened at Budget, I've been going for years and appreciate their helpful service

I have been a happy customer for years for oil changes and the odd repair but Darryl went above and beyond my last visit. My car wasn’t reliably starting while I was running errands in town so I drove in to make an appt and not only did he fit me in that day but he lent me his car to run errands while he repaired my car.
