I went in there to complain about how the part that they had fully endorsed did not at all fit in with my model of vehicle daughter with me and after informing the man who said he was the manager about making inappropriate comments away that she was a minor he then went on to say just like a fuel pump which was the part we had a problem with and that they recommended the incorrect one for "ready to flow ready to go" not only unprofessional creepy and unsatisfactory with even what they're supposed to do

I had a really great experience at Bumper to Bumper, got offered assistance as soon as I got in and was helped by a very polite and knowledgeable older gentleman. He helped me find some light bulbs for my car as well as a bunch of different wire I was looking for. They've got a good selection, fair prices, and bonus points for having a military discount. The store is clean, organized, and it was easy to find what I was looking for.

The staff here are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. When I went in looking for a replacement part for one that had failed on my vehicle they understood that although it was minor it was still a very real and stressful situation for me (my drivers side wiper failed risking scratching my windshield) and they handled it gracefully with understanding of how stressful it was for me. Since then Bumper 2 Bumper has been my go to place for parts for my vehicle. I never had the "silly girl doesn't know what she's talking about" attitude I've had at other places. So grateful to have them in town!
