Ashley and Dawn were absolutely amazing and both put in tons of work and time on my behalf. Ashley, carefully explained what I needed to know and be aware of in our matter. She took on a challenging case and was there to help all along the way. I was never rushed, even when we were well over closing time. I felt the team always had my best interest in mind. Ashley was generous in handling changes as they arose and can't recommend this team enough!

Hans Urdahl and his assistant, Dawn Bencze of this firm, together with their accountant (Tom Milller, separate review!) did a fantastic job of handling my father’s estate. In spite of it being a fairly straightfowrard estate, it landed in their hands as a hot mess.
Courteous, prompt and thorough, these folks were the adults in the room when Dad’s estate was desperate for them.
I highly recommend them.

We used this firm for years, up until now. I sought advice on landlord/tenant issues and was told Matt Lowe was familiar with the RTB rules - I think I was more proficient than he was and he was of no help at all - no suggestions, didn't answer any of my questions. He seemed to be all over the map. He wrote notes as I spoke and then was on the internet looking things up pertaining to the RTB. He didn't even read any of the information I was asked to forward on days before our meet up. Waste of $300+.

I recently employed the services of Ives Burger with the purchase of a home and I was so impressed with the services of Ashley Smith and her staff that I decided to redo my will and power of attorney through her as well. Ashley and her support staff were extremely attentive to my needs and completely on top of things, qualities that sadly seem to be so lacking these days. I was impressed with the time Ashley dedicates to her clientele as she explains things so clearly while efficiently responding to any questions with wisdom and experience. Having purchased previous properties and drafted other wills in my past through with the assistance of other firms, I can confidently say that I have never had service like this. I would recommend Ashley and Ives Burger without hesitation.
