From the very beginning, they listened carefully to our needs and took the time to understand how we wanted to live in the space. The design they helped create feels unique and truly “us,” which was so important for our dream retirement home.
Throughout the project, communication was great! If any issues came up, they were quick to respond and came up with thoughtful, creative solutions. We always felt heard and supported, and never felt like we were just another job on the list.
Every trade that worked on our home did excellent work, and it was clear that there’s a strong sense of pride and professionalism across the whole team. The quality of the craftsmanship really shows, and we continue to appreciate the little details every day we live here.

We have now lived in our newly built house for a year. And we love it. We hired Cameron Contracting after being very impressed in our first few meetings with them. Once the estimate was given and the contract signed, they got to work. Kristy organized and planned each step. It was a joy working with her. She was organized, efficient and experienced. Derek, the site manager came nearly every day at 8am and checked that everything was done well and to plan. He would explain any process to us.
We got site visits every step of the way and saw for ourselves the quality of the work done. I was so impressed with how happy all the builders were. They seemed to like their jobs, they worked well with each other and didn’t cut corners.
We got detailed invoices each month. At the end of the build - it took a little over 5 months to complete from breaking ground - they were on time and bang on the estimate given. Wow.
Don Cameron was, of course, at the first few meetings, before the contract was signed, but more impressively, he checked in with us at the end. He came for a visit and asked me if anything was not working. I showed him the kitchen tap which was a little loose and he had a plumber there that afternoon.
We would heartily recommend Cameron Contracting to anyone who wants a quality build done within the estimate. It really was an enjoyable experience.

We had no prior experience with commercial renovations, but working with Cameron Contracting made our entire project not only manageable—but genuinely enjoyable. From the outset, their team provided expert guidance that helped us evaluate every opportunity with an eye toward long-term value and cost efficiency. They advised us on everything from heating and lighting upgrades to smart office layout and thoughtful interior design.
Cameron Contracting was professional, kind, responsive, and creative throughout the entire process. Every step was either on schedule or ahead of it, and remarkably, all aspects of the budget came in at or under projections. Their generosity of time, knowledge, and support went well beyond expectations.
Thanks to their work, we’ve now moved into a permanent home for our foundation that’s both beautiful and functional—positioning us strongly for years to come. We’re deeply grateful to the Cameron Contracting team and recommend them without hesitation.

This company is OUTSTANDING!!!!! I cannot say enough about positive things. They have amazing communication, more than fair pricing and most of all VERY skilled workers. I’m a retired HVAC contractor and I don’t trust contractors so After I was unable to finish our utility room (due to illness) they came in and fixed/finished it flawlessly. We now enjoy this room rather than avoid it. This is the second project we have had done by them, the first was much larger and I was just as impressed. Brennan’s attention to detail is second to none and he goes above and beyond to make sure the work is perfect. Thank you so much Brennan and company.

We hired Cameron Contracting for a bathroom renovation. We were given a quote on the scope of work that we provided, and given a time frame of 3 weeks. In week number 8, we asked Cameron Contracting to wrap up the job and we would finish the last couple of things ourselves. We were billed more than triple the high end of the quote and left with a job, riddled with deficiencies. Due to no contact coming from Cameron Contracting, we filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to which Mr Cameron replied,
"It is very important to cameron contracting, that all our customers feel that they have been treated well.This was not the case on this file.
For this, we are very sorry. We take full responsibility for this, and will do what ever we can to help these customers."
His idea of helping "these customers", was to offer to fix about 60% of the problems and still charge us more than double the high end of his quote. Due to lack of a suitable resolution, we eventually agreed to pay Cameron Contracting one third above the high end of the original quote and they would walk away leaving us to arrange for the deficiencies to be rectified. We are very unhappy with Cameron Contracting and their substandard work. They showed no regard for scheduling, cost or quality of work.
