I dont think I have ever gotten so much help at a Canadian Tire! Lots of friendly and helpful staff. Thankful that Canadian Tires have similar layouts which helps with finding stuff. One lovely staff person tried his best to help me with what I was looking for but it wasnt an item carried by Can Tire in the curtain hardware section.
And a large and clean bathroom! I forgot and I was able to easily return and use the bathroom. Its close to the entrance. These people knock it out of the park.

The two guys I dealt with were totally awesome. I honestly didn't expect to get such great service at Canadian Tire. I had a tire emergency and after a quick conversation with Canadian Tire in Courtenay, I got four new tires, installed, and even a ride to- and from- my hotel because of the heavy rain -- all within a couple of hours on a Saturday. Thank you for the awesome service.

We've been shopping at Canadian Tire ever since they opened the location at Driftwood Mall. Always had no issues there but today my husband and I were kicked out by to security guards because we had our kitten with us.
We've spent so much money in store and online and after today's experience we will never shop there again. You've lost us as customers and we will spend our money at HomeDepot. We were going to buy a $300 toilet but you lost us as customers.
Also knowing that Campbell River and Victoria locations are fully pet friendly.
This is the only reason why I'm so angry at this time. I really wanted that toilet but we will buy it from HomeDepot.
Do better at all locations!

I have a made use of the auto repair shop at Canadian Tire Courtenay a number of times over the last few years on a variety of older vehicles . I have received incredible service.
I recently brought a quote for some front-end work in from a dealership. The Canadian Tire price was 58% of the dealership price.
On another occasion a different dealership quoted me about $450 for some work. Cantire solved the problem for under $5!
This week they found an issue with a car I brought in that required about $1,500 of work, but they would have to order in parts. I received a call on the way home with a different way to solve the problem which cost under $100.
Auto repairs are complex and sometimes cost a lot of money, so trust is an important thing. I trust the auto shop at Canadian Tire Courtenay.

The epitome of what to do with the technology of today, as far as interacting with the customer base, is being done by Canadian Tire, in that I picked up my phone & called you with a question. Unbelievable in today's business world, I talk to a person, easily, they answer my questions & even tell me the location of the item in the store. The staff at the store are the same. Humanity has not been forgotten in the conducting of your business. I speak from personal experience in dealing with CIBC & Telus. I was going to switch to Rogers because of Telus' lack of humanity, only to hear yesterday that Rogers is laying off their staff & delving more deeply into AI. Congratulations, Canadian Tire. Thank you.
