Do not get your mortgage here.
I have had the worst time dealing with this bank with a mortgage renewal -- a renewal! I have a small mortgage and asked for an extra $10,000 on top to consolidate some debt. They rejected this. This was ridiculous, given that the value of my unit is worth three times that of my mortgage, but whatever.
I got a cosigner to allow for the extra $10,000. It took, _three_months_ for them to approve the mortgage. At this point, the mortgage specialist I was working with, Marie, not only had drawn up the mortgage with incorrect terms, but she had the incompetence to call me by my mother's name.
I have had to send no fewer than _50_ emails to this woman in an attempt to get this done. I have had to check on her over and over as she's completely incommunicative. I would give her what she requested and then two weeks later she would want something else. After I asked her if she had everything she needed, she finally (after two months) said yes, but was wrong again and needed something else. This drew out the process painfully. Over and over there were delays. She was the picture of incompetence.
On top of all of that, my mortgage renewal date had passed by then because she was so incompetent. This means that my mortgage was sitting with the highest possible interest rate while she figured out how to do her job.
After finally having enough, I called another bank and had what I needed approved in four hours -- no cosigner needed.
I am closing my accounts. Everyone I know will be closing their accounts. This place deserves negative stars.

Just a personal opinion, but dealing with this bank after my father's death has been a nightmare. Inconsiderate, uncaring and rude. There was one single teller that treated me with respect and I truly hope she finds a new position with a better company.

Been trying there phone for about 2 hours now.(12:pm to 2:00pm) for my girlfeind who's trying check her balance because they simply just can't help her get into the online banking.(which we have been trying to do for a 2 weeks now) all the help we've gotten is "try reinstalling your app". Come on.... An absolute joke of a support service.
