Took my vehicle in for inspection, mentioned shaking while driving, occasional clunking and lack of smooth ride. Asked if I might need tires rebalanced. They said they would take a look. Rebalanced the tires without phoning me, charged me $150 and saud "We couldn't get it quite balanced" and diagnosed bent rims and tires. Problem persisted so I took for second opinion - my front ball joints were completely loose - a major catastrophic safety hazard.
Misdiagnosed, charged me without conversation, then explained it away when I called back to discuss. Terrible.

Took my 2005 4 runner in for transmission service, oil change and steering joint replacement. The work was completed by the promised time and a couple of other items that will need attention in the future were noted. Very proffesional shop and friendly customer service. Hightly recommend
