My Mother now has been residing at Casa Loma now for exactly a year. I can't say enough of how impressed I am with the care and how friendly everyone is. Yesterday, BEING SUNDAY my Mom's fridge broke down and was not cooling. We called and reported it to the reception and within an hour Gordon ( Repairs and Maintenance) was at my Mom's door with a new Fridge. Now that's IMPRESSIVE!

While my Dad only lived at Casa Loma for six months our experience was very positive. The staff made the residence as homey as possible and made the effort to know and include family members. While many like to criticize food I found the menus varied and appropriate for different types of people. The staff in the dining room quickly knew each person’s particular wants. Their kindness was appreciated. My Dad’s studio apartment was lovely with great views. A special thanks to Cindy and Jessie for their care and kindness. Too many people to thank. Sad he wasn’t there longer but a good experience during that time.
