Took my daughters in for haircuts and this was our first time at this salon. Debbie or Deb was very rude. When I let her know my daughter who is 12 was a little nervous about how much length to take off and if we could just start by taking half an inch, she had a rude look on her face held up her fingers to show a half inch and said “I’d really like to know what I’m doing as I don’t want to cut hair bit by bit, I don’t have time I have another client right after her.” To which I replied “yes that would be my other daughter isn’t it?” And she just said “I don’t know is it ? “ She was so rude in such a short amount of time that I didn’t want to make my daughter sit in her chair any longer let alone get her hair cut by her as she was already nervous for the haircut as it was at a new place. I told her we weren’t continuing with the appointment as I found her extremely rude and asked for the manager. If I could do a separate rating for The manager I would as she was great and apologized and offered to book us with someone else and give us a discount. Even telling me once the stylist walked away she would feel the same as me and it was not ok how she spoke to us, and did confirm my other daughter was her next client. They each were booked for a hour so not sure why it was such a big deal to cut off what we were asking even if we may have asked for a little more to be taken off, seems two hours for trims on 2 kids hair is plenty of time.

Bethany** did an amazing job on my hair yesterday! Her technique was flawless, and the results were absolutely beautiful. I felt like myself again, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Thank you, Bethany**, for your talent and care—you truly made my day!
Clean Salon & great staff , I will be back ! :)

I went in here for a trim. Although I walked out feeling horrible. The whole time the hair dresser was cutting my hair, she kept commenting on my flaky scalp. I have psoriasis, and sometimes my flare ups are un controllable. I wanted my haircut to help with the flakes. It was mortifying, and I won't be back.
I think your hairdressers should be aware of such conditions, and not to mock people for having them.

Terrible customer service and communication by hair stylist. I never leave bad reviews, but this was the weirdest and most awkward experience I’ve ever had at a salon. I booked a simple toner to retone my blonde highlights an ashy brown (I’ve had this done multiple times at other salons and never been questioned). I came into the salon and booked the day before. When I got there, she didn’t smile, didn’t say hi, just said “come on” and was clearly very annoyed. When explaining what I wanted, she rolled her eyes multiple times, and kept sighing dramatically every time I said something, like I I was severely inconveniencing her. Didn’t ask me a single question and was acting dumbfounded that I wanted a toner, without knowing what tone I even wanted, she left for 10 minutes and mixed up a random brown.
From what I gather, she was irritated that someone had booked me in with her, without a consult. Not my problem. I came in and booked an appointment, as I should have. It would have been a lot more professional to explain the situation at the begging of the appointment in a friendly matter, and say to come back after a consult. I ended up just leaving.
0/10 would never return.

My experience with Greg was lovely, he was so friendly and we had a good chat. My hair looked good when I left, but it didn’t even last the drive home so I’m very upset. I went in for a blowout for a Christmas party I am going to tonight, I told him that my hair gets super frizzy when there is moisture in the air, and because it was a rainy day, I asked him to please make sure to use products that will help with that. I’ve never had a blowout done where there was no brush being used, just fingers, with the hair dryer. Usually the round brush is used because I have very curly hair and that’s the best way to get it flattened. So my hair was already frizzy after the “blowout” but he was waving it with a wand so I was hoping that was going to fix it. It did for the most part but my ends were so frizzy it didn’t kind of ruined the rest. But I thought getting home and putting some of my hair oil on it would help but my hair style didn’t even last the drive.
